I have had horrible luck with this refrigerator and contacting Frigidaire in general. I have only had this for a year and a half and the freezer and refrigerator portion continuously go out for no reason, the condiment shelve falls all of the time and it is easily scuffed!

Tall and Bright

This is the second Gallery refrigerator we've owned. We purchased the first one 18 years ago, and in sold it only recently to make room for the new one. We've owned it about three months and experienced no problems. Frigidaire is very reliable, and we opted for this model because it larger than our older model (but still fits through our doorway). The black stainless definitely stays cleaner than traditional silver stainless, and this frig is taller than our older Gallery and has a light in the freezer, which is really nice! I'd recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace my 33 year old Frigidaire Elite, that was still working. Since I never had any problems with the old one, I felt Frigidaire made exceptionally high quality products. This black stainless refrigerator is remarkably handsome. There is plenty of space in both the freezer, refrigerator and even the door. The clear drawers make it very easy to find everything quickly. Looking forward to the next 33 years!

We were finally able to upgrade our kitchen and we love this refrigerator! All the shelves are adjustable even on the door! Our favorite feature is the middle drawer! So much space! Easy to organize and easy to clean!

Like anything else in this world, when it rains it pours. Right after Michigan went on Covid lock down our 20 year old fridge finally gave up on us. I thought about having it repaired but decided to upgrade to something new. After doing some research and getting a lot of recommendations we decided on Frigidaire. We liked the look, features, and size. We purchased it the first week of April and had it set up. We let it cool for 24 hours and then loaded it up with food and beverages. Right out of the gate something didn't seem right. The ice cream was really soft and the drinks didn't seem cold. Maybe the door wasn't closed all the way? Kids? It wasn't until about a month later we noticed there was a really bad odor from food that had gone bad. I bought a thermometer and put it in the fridge. When I checked it 24 hours later it was at a whopping 58 degrees. I turned the thermostat to max cold and waited another 24 hours. Still 58 degrees. Could not get a hold of anyone from Frigidaire. Registered my fridge on their website and went through voice mail hell before getting the number to the one service facility in Texas. I finally talked to someone who says my name isn't in the system and that I need to register my product. I told them that I did. They suggested that I call Frigidaire and set it up that way. I tried to contact Frigidaire again but after 2 hours on hold I gave up and called a repair facility. The wonderful people at Autumn Appliance came out and replaced the fan. Now it runs like a champ. This fridge was made in March 2020 and didn't last a month. After losing $200 in food, a wicked high electric bill, and having to jump through all kinds of hoops, I would not recommend this to anyone. I didn't even mention that when you have anything in the doors the shelf rails fly off. That includes the freezer and the fridge. Broke a bottle and spilled some milk with that little gem. Stay away from this one.

I bought this 2 months ago, and yes im glad i did. Only problem was that the freezer shelf had a crack in it. I got it from appliances connection ans told them and they sent it right out but they send the fridge door shelf, twice lol and i still haven received the right one yet. Otherwise i love it.

The refrigerator is great but I was surprised by the dimensions. Taller then my last refrigerator but not as wide. I™€™m not sure yet if it has given me more room inside the refrigerator and freezer.

This refrigerator looks good (the black stainless is a beautiful finish). And it seems to keep both the freezer and the refrigerator at the appropriate temperatures. But, when the compressor comes on ™€" it is so loud that I can hear it throughout the house (upstairs and downstairs). It really is unacceptable. It makes me sad because I love my home and hate this intrusion of sound. I called Frigidaire and they sent a technician out, but he said that he couldn™€™t do anything for us. Are there any alternatives out there? The tech seemed to indicate that this was the best that we could get in this price range.

Interior Shelves on Door

I am disappointed with the spaces on these door shelves. It makes it very easy for an item to slip through the space and land on the tile floor. Another disadvantage to these spaces is that something can drip from the top shelf right down on to the floor. My other refrigerator had closed shelves. Any suggestions?

Looks nice but is very loud

We bought this about 6 weeks ago. Had issues with crimped water line to ice maker and then the ice maker did not work. Had to replace it. After 3 service calls it is now working. However, it's the very loud vibrating, humming sound when the compressor is running. Frigidaire makes a sound dampening pad to help with the compressor noise, which the service technician installed but it did not help. The vibrating, humming sound is coming from the fan in the freezer. We have been told that this is the normal running sounds. We have always purchased Frigidaire appliances. We are still using our 14 year old Frigidaire refrigerator in our lower level. Nothing is wrong with it and it is very quiet. You never know when it is running.

We bought this refrigerator just shy of three months ago and it is already giving us issues. After moving into our first home, having to replace a major appliance was not something we were expecting. We were excited to buy this stainless steel black fridge. Since buying it has been LOUD and freezing things in our fridge even when on a lower setting. Now, the entire fridge portion will not stay even semi-cold unless it™€™s on the highest cool setting. Our food is ruined and we are waiting to see when someone can come to look at it. These are things that should not happen within months of buying brand new.
